Once your package has been accepted by USPS, delivery times are determined by the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of:
The damaged item(s)
The shipping box
The original packaging
We will file a damage claim with USPS on your behalf.
Once the claim has been reviewed, we will remake the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in USPS possession.
